We will prepare a Feasibility Study for the construction of rental apartments for a specific city or municipality with content

• recommended locations for the construction of rental apartments in accordance with the zoning plan of the city or village
• recommended volume of construction of rental apartments
• time and financial schedule for the construction of Rental Apartments
• processing of applications and necessary documentation for SHDF
• preparation and fulfillment of SHDF conditions for obtaining financing of Rental Apartments
• project management of the Rental Apartments realization (time and financial schedule of construction, quality compliance, approval)

We will implement the project

• We will build rental flats and then sell the residential and non-residential units approved to the city or municipality for use.

We will help finance the purchase of rental apartments for cities and municipalities through the State Housing Development Fund

• we process applications for drawing a loan from the SHDF for the purchase of land for the construction of rental apartments
• we process applications for drawing a loan from SHDF for the purchase of rental apartments
• we process applications for drawing subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic for the purchase of rental apartments
• we process applications for drawing a loan from the SHDF for the construction of infrastructure for rental apartments
• we process applications for drawing a loan from SHDF for the purchase of covered and uncovered parking lots
• we process applications for drawing subsidies from the SHDF for the construction of wastewater treatment plants

We will ensure the construction of rental apartments for cities and municipalities through PPP projects
