We will prepare a Feasibility Study for the construction of rental apartments for a specific city or municipality with content<\/strong><\/h5>
  • recommended locations for the construction of rental apartments in accordance with the zoning plan of the city or village<\/em><\/li>
  • recommended volume of construction of rental apartments<\/em><\/li>
  • time and financial schedule for the construction of Rental Apartments<\/em><\/li>
  • processing of applications and necessary documentation for SHDF<\/em><\/li>
  • preparation and fulfillment of SHDF conditions for obtaining financing of Rental Apartments<\/em><\/li>
  • project management of the Rental Apartments realization (time and financial schedule of construction, quality compliance, approval)<\/em><\/li><\/ul>

    We will implement the project<\/strong><\/p>

    • We will build rental flats and then sell the residential and non-residential units approved to the city or municipality for use.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      We will help finance the purchase of rental apartments for cities and municipalities through the State Housing Development Fund<\/strong><\/p>

      • we process applications for drawing a loan from the SHDF for the purchase of land for the construction of rental apartments<\/em><\/li>
      • we process applications for drawing a loan from SHDF for the purchase of rental apartments<\/em><\/li>
      • we process applications for drawing subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic for the purchase of rental apartments<\/em><\/li>
      • we process applications for drawing a loan from the SHDF for the construction of infrastructure for rental apartments<\/em><\/li>
      • we process applications for drawing a loan from SHDF for the purchase of covered and uncovered parking lots<\/em><\/li>
      • we process applications for drawing subsidies from the SHDF for the construction of wastewater treatment plants<\/em><\/li><\/ul>
