History of company

The company base has been established in 2002 by SsiM, Ltd.After assecuration of financing it has started realization of its idea to build buildings of polyfunctional character with the flats for sale and lease and the commercial space for lease. The company realized house building of polyfunctional buildings in Bernolákova and Komenského streets. In the second stage it continuosly has started building administration to improve the quality of housing in all the projects realized and realized in future.

These companies have been established on base of improving and transparency of additional projects.All the subsidiary companies realize their projects from their own sorce of funds, but majority of resources is gained from banks the company recently closely cooperates with.
