second step is to close contract about future contract of sale and to
pay 15 per cent of purchase price. Another 15 per cent of purchase price
is paid with finnishing of carcass. The closing of contract of sale is
conditioned by certificate of practical completion of polyfunctional
building, consequently the client pays remaining 70 per cent of purchase
price.
