Polyfunctional building is situated in urban neighbourhood Hliny III in Bernolákova street, well known as Bulvár. It is a popular pedestrian mall from Žilina centre to Hliny VI. The polyfunctional building is located in comfortable few minutes pedestrian distance from the hospital, VÚC, a kindergarten, an elementary school, bus stops for public transportation in Komenského and Spanyola streets and certainly to downtown.
Polyfunctional building has terrace character and it presents a combination of apartments and a shopping centre. It reaches the height of 8 storeys, serviced by lift.

The foundation of building is formed from ferroconcrete skeleton filled with brick masonry. The building is isulated with BAUMIT system awarded the 1st prize in „Facade of 2004“ in new building category.
